Ok this idea came to me after our unfortunate stack of failed attempts on Thekal.
While I would like to be able to down different bosses instead of the first 4 on the second night of our weekly raids I feel we are as yet incable of doing so.
Last weeks Arlokk attempt and this weeks Thekal attempt both ending in little more than massive gold loss and most people's morale being lowered have lead me to the conclusion that we should be killing the 4 we do on the first night on the second as well.
This not only guarantees more loot and more people having a chance of getting their 3 rep items sooner but also will help to maintain attendence and faith in the runs.
Now I realise we need to keep trying to take down the harder bosses or we wont progress but I do think instead of wasting time on these guys that we try sooo hard to kill over and over and then just end up wiping again and again we should spend a few runs building up our groups mentality and loot aquisition.
Their still seems to be alot of uncertainty amongst attendees and alot of people are still very new to zg and haven't downed the early bosses much at all let alone the later ones.
We know we can kill the Bat, Snake, Spider and Bloodlord.
Why not farm them for the next say 4 to 6 runs (1 week being 2 runs) and afterwords when we're absolutely dead sick of them move on to Thekal, Arlokk, EoM bosses and eventually Hakkar.
It may prevent us from potentially progessing though the instance as fast as most of us would prefer but at least we'de have a number of people walking out happy and actually getting something. Not to mention we all need to get our rep up, the more bosses we kill the more we get.
Please let me know what you guys think.
