My Spec

Ok I have always been known as the loveable little gnome whacking away at the ankles of our enemies-usually with two wepons. But I've aquired a new toy on a random zg outing earlier and found myself with the Halibred of Smiting. (teh Sweet) And im like heh this thing is kick ass and my main hand sucks......me thinks i should be looking into 2handed fury. Incidentally, i aparently already am specced pretty close im 15 in arms and 36 fury...i think that adds up right. but i dont have all the way into impale on the arms tree which i see alot in 2handed fury also for some reason every spec ive seen tells me that those shout buffs are useful. I have never really been in a situation where im ike "Oh Man Battle shout would be awesome here!!!" Yeah, i opt for more the improved cleave and such. But yeah..what do you guys think?

I did a bunch of digging and didnt find much about 2 handed Fury.

From what I can tell its and Arms/Fury mix. As far as imaple goes Im not sure what to say. One school of thought is that imaple helps with your damage output. But another says that its kinda useless to invest points here due to the damage bonus only applying to your abilities and only when they crit.

so like....+20% damage on a hamstring crit, or cleave, or heroic strike. But never on a straight attack or even a crit attack.

There is also the issue of "Slam"..... The most useless of warrior abilities.

Some of the 2h Fury folks use it all the time, others say its pretty much worthless.

Bit iffy about Deadliness (the extra 10% attack power)... and I know I really should get rid of Premeditation as every other rogue I know considers it useless - I do like going from 0 to 5 combo points on my very first hit though. Maybe Disarm isn't all that good either.

Serrated blades is awesome though - doing far more dmg against armoured targets now (and not just a clothie-killer anymore). I'm not giving up on Hemo or Preparation either.

If I were to free up points I'd put them into Heightened Senses and build up through Dual Wield spec in the combat tree. Or perhaps Imp. Evis/Slice'n'Dice and lethality in the Ass tree.
