Acceptable Progression

ok so we are getting to the point that we can just about clear all the aspects and Hakkar in one night, most of the time this will leave saturday to doing whatever. We have always been wanting to progress our group to AQ20-dom, but are unsure as to the time when we should.

We have a couple of choices at this stage. We can wait until later and just leave Sat to do like,Hakkar, Jindo and the Edge of Madness, or if we by chance clear everything on Fri(aspects, Bloodlord, Hakkar, and Fishy) and do AQ20 on Sat or switch it up every weeek, where one week we do AQ on Fri and the Next we do on Sat, so that people who can only come on certain days will still get a shot. Hell we could even stick AQ for liek a new Sunday spot or whatever. AQ is needed for our books and such, plus sweet weps from CCrep ect.

We need feedback on whats best for you guys.

The idea of switching up the weeks is kinda cool. I also wouldn't say no to adding Sunday to our RoA days.

Getting the new books for people would be a great idea. Would help out a lot with ZG at least. I'm just not looking forward to learning some of the AQ stuffs. Rajaxx anyone? *has nightmares* Kurinaxx isn't too bad, I wound not be surprised if we one shotted him on the fist night of attempts.

I'm also wanting to think of what we are going to do when Burning Crusade goes live. The new raid cap will be 25, not too far off of what we currently run with.

I also read something interesting. Experienced ZG guilds/groups will often Ally with other guilds/groups to get the numbers for Molten Core. They will then go inside and WTFPWN! the place like its nothing at all.

People will say things like "You mean that all we have to do is stand here and hit it? It wont suddenly wipe aggro and the other tank needs to pick it up? It wont summon a thousand adds that need to be controlled? It wont suddenly do something wacky that makes the fight a challenge?...THATS EASY!" Then progress up to Ragnaros in less than a month.

So if we are going to add a Sunday night deal...this is something we may wanna look at. At Lv 70 25-30 should be more than enough for MC.

Then there is Danovan's idea for doing Onyxia. She has been killed with as few as 5 people. 10-15 Man Ony's are becoming more common. And lots of guilds do it with about 25-30 people. My guild did it with 32 just recently.

Sunday wouldn't work for me at this point in time. I do like the idea of alternating weeks with AQ20 and ZG. I would definately like to start doing AQ20 soonish for the challenge if for nothing else. Also seeing as how we end up greeding or sharding most of the lewt from the channelers seeing some new lewt wouldn't be a bad thing.

Onyxia would definately be fun, we could say replace ZG with her some weeks. I'm sure a bunch of us are anxious to get our hands on some tier 2.

AQ20 would be fun once we get ZG all teh farmed and all (Which is like, next week! ZOMG!). I don't care too much whether or not we get all up Edge of Madness's arse. I'm definitely up for like, a Sunday Ony or something, but I know that wouldn't work for quite a few people (*cough*Merilee!*cough* ) so anything's good, really. As long as we're bumming shit till they drop happy purplez, I'm good n_n
