I picked up the Eye of Moam for Shimmer on an IT raid and I have to say it rocks... Aside from the mere 3min cooldown the +50 dmg and -100 it takes off the target's magic resistances (roughly does another 30-50 dmg depending on their remaining resistance levels) is awesome.
It's only 30sec but that's a hell of a lot of dmg on moonfire/starfire for der doomkin on every other pull in MC.
